Good condition is the most common device condition. Average wear & tear consistent with normal use but 100% fully functional. No dings or dents on the corners or side. The device has moderate to excessive signs of wear. This includes excessive scratching, dents, and/or mild housing damage such as a slightly bent frame, dings, case wear or excessive scratching. Poor condition is considered any of the following: cracked screen, cracked back. Working LCD/OLED, no dark spots or dead pixels, cracked camera lens but good working camera with no spots, bad button, or bad headphone jack. If your items have more than one of these issues it will be considered as broken/damaged. Any items with water damage will be considered broken/damaged even if functioning.
Any device that is broken with more than one issue from the poor condition category cracked LCD/OLED, screen still must be working to test. Must still power on and not have any major motherboard issue. Catastrophic Damage may or may not be considered based on the damage.
